I heard before about their professionalism and ability to satisfy even the hardest customers, and I learn on my own example that it is all true four months after we purchased the car we had some issues with it, and even though the car wasn’t new, they still help us fix the car and were a very easy about it. I’ll tell you that their finance manager and their general manager, Michael Yates is extremely professional and cares about customer satisfaction, thank everybody on the BMW team.
