Shaking hands with the Owner of this Dealership sealed the deal for me. I would choose to buy from this small family owned store over a large corporate enterprise ANY TIME! Do not overlook this family owned Dealership located near Buffalo, New York! I am absolutely thrilled to have chosen to do business with this dealership. Having picked up my New 2025 GMC Hummer EV Pickup Truck from Larry Spacc, Laura Spacc and my Salesman PJ, this was an awesome experience!! I traveled 20 hours round trip (including a charging and meal break) from New Jersey to pick up this BEAST. Everything was handled online, every question I had was answered and I was even offered complimentary remote signing + delivery of my new GMC Hummer EV vehicle to make the long distance transaction easier. I personally chose to drive up to meet the Team to meet everyone!! Larry Spacc was very personable, approachable, friendly and immediately addressed all of my concerns about this transaction! We had a small hiccup that was immediately made right. My Salesman PJ was knowledgeable and did everything within his power to provide me with the best experience possible while purchasing this $100,000 truck. I truly felt like my out-of-state business was valued and appreciated. Some dealerships won't give a long distant client the time of day. At Larry Spacc I was treated as if I was a local! I chose to make my purchase decision at Larry Spacc due to the professionalism, integrity and honesty of the Team! well i buy a truck from larry spacc i like that truck a buy with in 2 weeks i buy that i smell exhaust fumes coming in the air condition vents that means my exhaust manifold going bad, my engine going because of cam phasers needs replaced. the truck been sitting in there lot since may 10, 2022. it could been fixed before the person buys any vehicle.

Not a good idea
Bought a pathfinder through Jake which he did fine selling the car but soon as I took the car home the alternator died in hamburg the first ride I took it on . They refused to pay the 120 dollar tow it took to get it back to them to repair. That said they fixed the alternator but now as the snow fell I've driven maybe 150 to 200 miles total on the pathfinder I looked at the two front tires they are so bad bologna skin with WIRES no way these 2 tires passed inspection last month I'm also having issues with clunking while turning my guess is likely a tye rod issue . I have no recourse at this point but am very disappointed I really wanted a good experience I'm sick of bad dealerships.
