He took the time to clearly explain all of our options, walked us through each step of the process, and made sure we fully understood what we were signing and why. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing, and he was patient in answering questions and breaking down details in a way that actually made sense. Buying a car can feel overwhelming, but Josh made the financing side straightforward and transparent. Good service. Took longer than expected to finish the purchase. My vehicle was delivered without a spare tire. As per salesperson is not included in the vehicle. Vehicle is new, first time in came without spare tire.
