Salesperson was very nice and professional. I explained to the salesperson and the sales manager my criteria for buying a used car. I was looking at different model years and different options from three dealers. The other two got done to business quickly but Hendricks sales manager said if you decide this is the car you want then we will discuss a discount. I explained I needed his best price so I could compare prices and options between the three cars I was considering. He wanted me to buy the way he wanted to sell the car rather than the way I explained I was going to buy a car. I eliminated them and bought my car the next day.

Several months ago I traded my 2007 Honda Ridgeline for a new Honda Ridgeline at Stevenson Hendrick in Wilmington, NC. My salesman was Tyler Coyle. I was very impressed with his ability to communicate in an effective low key manner. It felt like I was talking with an old friend from the beginning. He was knowledgeable about his products. He and management were very reasonable in valuing my trade-in and the entire purchase. Overall this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in 50+ years of buying and selling my personal cars.
