We ended up at the dealership because of a faulty
We ended up at the dealership because of a faulty transmission. They were professional and very anxious to help us as we were on our way for a weeklong vacation. Everybody at the dealership, especially Vicky was eager to help and support us as we had to decide on a repair versus a vehicle replacement. Top-notch people all around! From the moment you walked into the dealership all the way back to the guys turning wrenches.

We found Mountaineer Honda to be very helpful and accommodating. They were very pleasant to deal with and did not employ any hard sell tactics. Willy was very helpful as well as Seth, both were pleasant to deal with. This is coming from a guy that absolutely hates to buy a car.
