Service representatives are rude and unprofessional and discourteous. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and this pattern of unprofessional and discourteous behavior is repetitive -several occasions when ever I had my car serviced. I like my Volvo but I wish I never bought from this dealership. They need training about customer service.
